MY HOMETOWN
Take a stroll through the city of my birth – Rome – the City of Seven Hills. No, I’m not Italian but that famous city in Europe is our town’s “sister city”. My hometown is nestled in a valley encircled by hills at the place where three rivers come together - the Etowah, Oostanaula and Coosa Rivers. The Native American Cherokee Indians called this place "The Enchanted Land".
